About Our Event

The Greek Housing Conference (GHC) exists for one reason: to equip the volunteers and professionals responsible for fraternity and sorority housing with the tools, clarity, and confidence to lead well.

Housing is one of the most complex and high-risk responsibilities within a chapter. From facility management and financial oversight to alumni engagement and governance, the decisions made by local leaders directly impact undergraduate experience, long-term sustainability, and organizational reputation.

GHC is a focused, high-impact, one-day conference designed specifically for those leaders.

You’ll gain practical insight from experienced practitioners in:

  • House corporation governance
  • Financial management and risk mitigation
  • Alumni engagement and communication
  • Capital planning and facility operations
  • Working effectively with undergraduate leadership
  • Navigating campus and headquarters relationships

Our speakers bring real-world experience and actionable strategies—not theory. Sessions are interactive and structured to allow time for questions, discussion, and peer learning.

Who Should Attend

  • Local House Corporation Board Members
  • Boards of Advisors
  • Alumni Association Officers
  • Chapter Advisors
  • Live-in Advisors, Graduate Advisors, House Directors
  • Headquarters and Campus Professionals who support housing operations

Thanks to our sponsors, registration is just $25, which includes breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack.

Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you are responsible for fraternity or sorority housing at any level, this conference is built for you.

Registration opens soon.
